Most Mississippi buyers either pay cash or use Premier’s official rent-to-own partner, Blue House Rentals. We walk both paths at the lot.
Cash
Pay for the building, pick a delivery window, and we set it. Best if you already have the site ready.
Blue House RTO
36, 48, or 60 months. No credit check, no credit application. Deposit plus first month at delivery. Pay off early any time without penalty.
Monthly rates are published per $1,000 of cash price:
Rent-to-own was built as an alternative to mini-warehousing: monthly rates comparable to storage per square foot, but the building lands in your yard — and ownership in 36, 48, or 60 months.
Deposit depends on building width (and length past 40 feet):

*On larger buildings the deposit converts into a cost reduction on your quote. Put $500 down and the deposit is waived entirely on 6′–12′ wide buildings — the $500 comes off the price instead.
Active and retired military save $50 on 8′ or 10′ buildings and $100 on 12′ and larger — just show a military ID at the lot. Cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to used buildings.
For a small monthly fee, RTO Assurance Plus+ replaces your building if it is ever completely destroyed. It also covers broken windows, damaged siding or roofing, door handles and hinges (mailed at no cost), and one re-leveling service.

2. Pick on-lot stock or a shop order
On-lot is faster. Custom colors and sizes typically take several weeks.
3. We deliver and set
Have a level site and a clear path. Delivery is free within 50 miles of the selling lot.
