- How far do you deliver?
- Delivery and setup are free within 50 miles of the selling lot — one trip included. Mileage follows truck routes, not GPS. Beyond 50 miles, delivery is $5.00 per mile, paid in cash to the delivery team when the building arrives. Pressure-treated wooden blocks for leveling up to 18 inches are provided; concrete blocks beyond that are the customer’s. Hattiesburg covers south Mississippi; Philadelphia covers east-central Mississippi.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Cancel within 48 hours of signing and the money you have put down is refunded. After 48 hours, rent-to-own cancellations are $100 (8′ wide), $150 (10′), $250 (12′), $750 (14′), or $1,500 (16′). Cash purchases are refunded all but 10% of the retail price. Premier does not refund in full after 48 hours when the reason is a permitting issue.
- How long until I get the building?
- On-lot buildings typically deliver in 10–15 business days, and custom builds run 25–30 business days (weather and shop volume pending). A delivery professional contacts you a few days ahead to schedule your date and time.
- Do I need a permit in Mississippi?
- Permits and homeowners association rules are the customer’s responsibility — Premier is not responsible for them. Check setbacks, right-of-ways, and any HOA covenants before ordering; we will help you confirm what applies to your property.
- How should I prep the site?
- Level, well-drained ground with a clear delivery path. Premier is not responsible for damage to yards or driveways, and underground utilities or septic systems must be flagged before delivery day.
- What is rent-to-own?
- Blue House Rentals offers 36-, 48-, or 60-month contracts with no credit check and no credit application. A deposit by building size plus your first month is due at delivery, and you can pay off early without penalty. Put $500 down and the deposit is waived on 6′–12′ wide buildings.
- What warranty do I get?
- Premier covers siding for 50 years (LP SmartSide, prorated after year 5), the metal roof for 30 years, and craftsmanship for 5 years. Claims start with photos; Premier has up to 2 weeks to assess and up to 3 weeks to process once the claim is in their database. See our warranty page for what is excluded.
- Do you offer a military discount?
- Yes — active and retired military save $50 on 8′ or 10′ buildings and $100 on 12′ and larger with a military ID. It cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to used buildings.
- Can you build on site?
- Yes, when the lot is too tight for a delivered building. Build-on-site is quoted separately and depends on access and the model.
